The essentials in three sentences

Your tournaments stay on your device — they are not transmitted anywhere. There is no account, no sign-up and no advertising. We do not count who uses this site.

Your tournaments stay with you

Everything you enter — tournament name, teams, schedule, results — is stored by Turnierplan exclusively in your browser (local storage). This data never leaves your device. We cannot see it, analyse it or restore it. Deleting your browser data or uninstalling the app deletes your tournaments.

The spectator link

When you share a tournament, all of it is contained in the address itself — behind the # character. Browsers never send this part of an address to the server. Whoever has the link can view the tournament; it is long and not guessable, but not password-protected.

Live broadcasting (optional)

If you switch on live broadcasting for a tournament, the schedule with team names and results is sent to our server so spectators can follow along in real time at turnierplan.at/live/…. Nothing more: no accounts, no personal names beyond the team labels you choose yourself. Transmission is encrypted (HTTPS). At the latest 7 days after the last entry, the server deletes the tournament automatically. Without this switch, nothing leaves your device.

If you additionally embed a video (e.g. YouTube), the video is hosted by that provider and their privacy policy applies once spectators play it. We embed using the data-saving variant (youtube-nocookie.com).

What the server logs

Like every website, requests produce an access log: your IP address, date and time, the requested file and your browser identification. This serves secure operation only — finding errors, detecting attacks. These logs are deleted automatically after at most 7 days and never combined with anything else. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a functioning, secure service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

What does not exist

No cookies — not even technically necessary ones.
No visitor counting, no analytics.
No advertising and no sharing with third parties.
No third-party servers. Fonts, images and code are all served from our own server.
No account — there is nothing to sign up for.

Google Play

Purchase and billing of the app run entirely through Google. We learn neither your name nor your payment details — only the total number of purchases. Google's own privacy policy applies to the Play Store.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Since we store nothing about you beyond the access log, a request usually concerns only that. Write to office@florianmori.at. Supervisory authority: Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
